Dr. Schenk has over 45 years of research and teaching experience in chemistry, physiology and toxicology.

Over the past 25 years, Dr. Schenk has been involved as a consultant in over 1200 cases involving alcohol intoxication.  He has constructed over 1000 blood alcohol curves and has offered recommendations on defensibility of DWI cases.  Dr. Schenk has testified as an expert witness in over 250 DWI cases as well as several other cases involving toxicology and chemistry related damages.

Dr. Schenk has done numerous studies for insurance companies, legal firms and others on a wide spectrum of problems, including paint identification, fuel and lubricant contaminants, identification of flammable solvents, breathalyzer and blood testing, and other chemical and biochemical problems.

Dr. Schenk has served as a consultant in Chemistry in nine states.
