Linda Wilkins is a tax attorney with over 25 years of experience in the fields of ERISA, employee benefits and executive compensation. She is Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is a founding partner of a boutique ERISA firm, Wilkins Finston Friedman Law Group LLP (Dallas and San Antonio). Linda received her J.D. degree, with Honors, from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Oklahoma Law Review. She received her LL.M. degree in Taxation from Southern Methodist University. Linda served on the faculty as an adjunct professor teaching employee benefits and ERISA litigation at SMU Dedman School of Law from 2005 through 2009. Linda is listed in Best Lawyers in America© in Employee Benefits, and has been named a Texas Super Lawyer© in Employee Benefits since 2003. She is a past Chair of the Dallas Bar Association Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Section and a member of the Employee Benefits Committee of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association.
