Melvin N. Kramer, Ph.D., M.P.H., has over 40 years of professional experience in all aspects of the food industry. He has consulted widely with food processors, manufacturers, importers, exporters, retail and foodservice, as well as having served as an expert witness in matters relating to the regulation of food and food borne diseases.
