Dr. Swanson has been consulting as a professional education witness since January of 2011. A recent case was resolved with a $4.2 million decision. He completed his Ph.D. at UC Berkeley in Educational Psychology. He holds California Teaching and Administrative credentials, and a College Counselor Credential with expertise in school reform, school safety, anti-bullying, Special Education, school improvement and safety and supervision. He has the California Distinguished Principal Award (2000), CAL Honor Society and California State Assembly Recognition for Excellence. He speaks with an authority based solidly on his academic training and 39 years of practical experience (12 as Superintendent).

Virginia Rhodes, EdD has over 35 years experience in Urban School District Policy, Development, and Administration and Teaching. Dr. Rhodes' specialty is persistently failing city schools. Consulting Focus: *STEM Start-ups *STEM and Environmental Strategies with Urban High School Students Innovative Teacher Hiring while Honoring Teacher Union Contracts Rebuilding School Culture and Effective Security and safety Background - Dr. Rhodes provided consulting services to an international firm on certain aspects of U.S. public school practices prior to their exploration of a related market sector. She also acted as a consultant to the University of Cincinnati Career Center assisting in the development of pre-service teacher hiring expectations. Dr. Rhodes was retained by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center to co-investigate a study for mental health and achievement factors related to excessive student mobility. As a Consultant to AdvancedEd Accreditation Team School Evaluation, she has evaluated various high schools on issues of performance. Dr. Rhodes has researched and written numerous articles on school mobility, achievement, culture, and STEM (NSF). She has delivered lectures on urban school district policy and other related topics to various groups and educational institutions.

His testimony has been given in federal court, special education hearings, and in superior court for matters of criminal defense. He has also testified in matters pertaining to Family Court on behalf of children or adolescents with special needs. Dr. Imber has worked on cases with children, adolescents and adults with a broad array of disabilities. Dr. Imber has also testified as an expert on matters concerning custody and parental termination of rights. He has been involved in cases from the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia.
