Russ Carlson has more than 38 years experience in commercial and consulting arboriculture. He has been a certified arborist since 1983, and is a Board Certified Master Arborist since 2004. He is an ASCA Registered Consulting Arborist since 1994. Russ has been qualified as an expert witness in courts in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
