Rockstraw is an experienced expert witness with strong communication skills and a unique ability to describe complex phenomena, systems, and processes in a manner that can be understood at any level. This is best demonstrated through two of the many written testimonials Rockstraw has received.

(1) "I retained David to serve as an expert witness and consultant in a construction defect case involving a chemical processing plant. David conducted a comprehensive analysis of the numerous, complicated issues at play in the case and educated me on the process design of the plant in a very short time frame. David patiently walked me through every step of the process, explaining the chemistry and process design in simple terms and analogies that would translate well for any judge or jury. I highly recommend David as an expert in this industry, and look forward to the opportunity to work with him in the future.” ~Ashley Vinson Crawford, Partner, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP on May 16, 2017

(2) "David Rockstraw provided expert testimony in a long (8 week), but successful jury trial for our company against Central Garden & Pet, the nation’s largest garden products supplier. David was able to explain the complex issues to our jury in simple language and connected with the jury well. The jury found that our technology was a trade secret, and that the defendant had improperly copied it. I would trust Dr. Rockstraw in any future chemical process litigation.” ~Dan Walters, Founder/CEO Copper Harbor Company, Inc. on June 30, 2016
