Jill M Ferry has been a practicing Physician Assistant since 1995 with background in nursing. She received her nursing degree in 1989 and graduated with Honors with Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies in 1995. She is Board Certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since 1995. She is employed fulltime as a PA-C in family Practice with coverage in Emergency room, urgent care, inpatient hospital rounds, geriatric nursing home, Post-partum cares and first assist with surgeries/C-section Deliveries.

She is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider. She is an Instructor for ACLS and PALS.

She has been a Preceptor for PA students from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Des Moines Osteopathic School of Medicine, College of St Mary's Physician Assistant Program and the University of Dubuque PA Program.

David Dantes, M.D. is Stanford and UCLA-trained, having graduated with honors from both institutions. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care Medicine, with 27 years of hospital-based practice. His practice settings ranged from rural community hospitals to university-affiliated trauma centers. He is licensed in five states and currently is actively practicing with a nationwide, urgent care telemedicine network. Dr. Dantes has prepared expert opinion reports and/or testified on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

BROAD CLINICAL EXPERIENCE:
Practiced in hospital-based emergency medicine for 27 years, from 1974 until 2001. Practice settings ranged from rural community hospitals to inner city trauma centers and university-affiliated teaching hospitals.
